Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery or purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card that never expires.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
